The Black Rose

I contemplated the black rose in admiration
Out of the floral families it wasn’t typical
It steadily rested waiting for the sun confirmation
waiting patiently for the sun daily was original

But for the black rose it was never ordinary
The sun rays were its only inspiration

During heavy rainstorm, unlike other flowers
The black rose was strong & powerful
It kept an eye on the rainbow and its colors

“Thank you my creature the most bountiful “

After then, it looked for the formed dewdrops

They were on its corolla like the gems & jewels

Now most of daisies & flowers got wet & drained
They didn’t survive, they easily decided to surrender
But the black rose refused and was the only remained
The creator gratified it for its very long patience
And from now on, his gifts to it are going to squander
